International Life Sciences Baltics 2012 conference in Vilnius, Lithuania

Dear Madam, dear Sir The Embassy of Lithuania would like to announce that on September 12-14, 2012 the international Life Sciences Baltics 2012 conference will held in Vilnius, Lithuania. This  3-days’ event will bring together major players of the Baltics’ life sciences industry and leading global stakeholders in the field. We believe that the event will foster international cooperation by creating a vibrant platform to share and gain knowledge, ideas and hands-on experience.

The conference is going to be  a perfect place to discover the great cooperation and business development potential in the Baltic states and the place to meet prominent scientists in the area. In this regard there are foreseen the variety of scientific conference and seminars. In addition, the forum offers an exhibition, a B2B partnership event, an attractive social program and site visits to leading Lithuanian clinics, laboratories and companies, such as Thermo Fisher Scientific, TEVA, Moog, laser companies EKSPLA, Workshop of Photonics, Light Conversion.

The conference will be opened by Prof. Ada E. Yonath, the 2009 Nobel Prize winner in Chemistry, who is the director of the Helen and Milton A. Kimmelman Center for Biomolecular Structure and Assembly of the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel.
